An entry fee of $10 USD per song is required and payable digitally to Ai Song contests.
By entering, you agree the entry fee covers contest processing and administration.
You may submit unlimited songs in any available category, but each submission requires a separate fee.
All songs must be original compositions with all songwriters properly credited.
Only valid streaming URLs from YouTube, SoundCloud, or Spotify will be accepted. Please verify all URLs before entry.
Recordings can be demos, worktapes, or finished masters but must be clearly audible to present the song fully. This contest evaluates songwriting elements (lyrics, melody, composition and overall sound and originality)
Entries must be submitted online only at aisongcontests.com.
Refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstances, including invalid or broken links.
No feedback will be provided on contest entries.

Open globally to songwriters, artists, musicians, and bands.
Not eligible: employees, contractors, affiliates, judges, contributors of aisongcontests.com, their immediate family members, or employees of contest sponsors.
By entering, you confirm you and co-writers are not affiliated with aisongcontests.com, contest judges, or sponsors, now or within the past two years.
Entrants under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
Entry void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be notified by email or phone. If no response within 7 days, runner-ups may be contacted.
International winners responsible for any customs or delivery fees.

Contest judged based on songwriting merit: lyrics, melody, likability, and overall composition sound and originality
Initial screening by company employees.
Finalists judged by industry professionals and peers.
Winners notified by email/phone; results posted on aisongcontests.com
Judges' decisions are final and binding. No appeals or challenges will be entertained.
Non-winning entrants will not receive individual notifications but may be notified via email.

You retain all ownership rights to your submissions.
By submitting, you grant Ai song contests a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, stream, reproduce, and distribute your content (including likeness, name, trademarks) solely for contest administration, promotion, and marketing.
You represent and warrant your submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ai song contests , judges, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims arising from your submission.

Special promotional contests may run alongside regular contests, with separate prizes.
Entries during promotional periods automatically qualify for both promotional and regular prizes.
Promotional entry fees may not appear separately on receipts but are tracked internally.
Ai song contests reserves the right to modify promotion details at any time.

Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Ai song contests reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms or tampers with the contest.
The contest is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
By entering, you agree to abide by all contest rules and decisions.
Ai song contests is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or unauthorized access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ai song contests and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation or acceptance of prizes.

All funds collected for the songwriting contest will be used first to cover essential running and operational costs, including (but not limited to) administration, marketing, and judging expenses. Once these costs have been paid, 100% of all remaining funds will be returned directly into the contest’s prize pool. By entering the competition, participants acknowledge and agree to this allocation of funds.
